Time flies

Life is flying past. seems all of a sudden thing happen and hibernation is over. Yet at the same time life seems to track in a pattern that we well know. Yesterday we went shopping for a few things (for cooking of course)  and had the in-laws over. They had not seen the garden yet and were most impressed. We made sushi and dim sum and they absolutely loved it.

Today SO is going for the half marathon run, while it is rather cold again. While he is testing his endurance running, I’ll be testing my endurance in town. First by going to visit some stores, then by spending time in the company of three children under 10. Somehow I suspect I’ll stay in town, in the fabric store a little longer than absolutely required 🙂

I will post some pictures of the garden once we have cleared up the last things and there is actually some greenness to report :-). Then I will have a gallery of the whole history of building the garden. Mind you normality is coming back there too. Already had the first cat using it as a toilet. One of the few things that really annoys me to no end.

About Gilraen

My blog is simply about my life. I moved countries for the first time in 1993. I lived in the Netherlands, UK and NZ. The initial idea was to keep my overseas friends up-to-date with what was going on in my life. The blog, like me, is always changing and evolving.
